Exporting/Copying a Custom process recipe to another computer

I have a number of Custom Process Recipes that I have created on my desktop computer.  I'd like to copy them and import them into my laptop and can't figure out how to do that.  Thoughts?

    From memory these sorts of things are stored in the c:\users\user name\appdata\capture one. You will probably have to have a dig around in the directory to find them. From memory they are stored with the name you call them in capture one, so you could try just doing a search in windows explorer.
