Can't export images
I recently moved all my images and Capture One catalogues off my laptop hard drive on to an external hardrive. I can open up the catalogue on my laptop when connected to the external drive and edit but when I try to export either to my desktop or edit in Photoshop, I get an error message saying 'export failed' and in the events log it says 'could not process file'.
It also says in Capture One that my image(s) are offline

Export and Process need access to the original files to function.
How did you move everything to the external drives?
The chances are that your catalogues have the wrong internal links trying to correct to the source images.
2 options that come to mind would be to move a catalogue and the source files it need back to where they were while exporting or use the "Locate" facility to re-link the catalogue the moved files.
Let's start with those suggestions and see where it leads.
