CaptureOne 21 Fiji

We have already CaptureOne 20 Fuji and payed for the new version yesterday CaptureOne 21 Fuji MAC.

Then we lost the key, and can't work, because of we can't download the the new version.

Thats the problem?

    so the voucher that i received at 30% of  cap1 21 i can't use to upgrade my 20 to 21 yet because it hasnt been released for download ... this is rubbish false advertising and marketing .... wait hang on I'm talking about PC !!!! not MAC

    It was 4 months ago that it hadn't been released - that is not the case now! And if you have a genuine problem rather than just a desire to let off steam, and if you have a PC not a Mac, you're in the wrong forum. This is the Mac one.
