Clé d'activation de la licence / key of the licence
Je cherche à retrouver la clé d'activation de ma licence.
Quand je vais dans mon compte, puis "gestion des licences" puis je clique sur "historique des commandes", je rentre mon adresse mail pour obtenir un lien pour accéder à mon compte mais je ne reçois pas de mail (plusieurs essais).
Comment faire pour récupérer ma clé d'activation?

I'm trying to find the activation key for my licence.
When I go to my account, then "licence management" and then click on "order history", I enter my email address to get a link to access my account but I don't receive an email (several attempts).

There have been a number of reports of problems like this in the past day or so.
That suggests the Fastspring - who deal with the order processing system - may be having some problems.
They should be the first point of contact I think for this sort of problem.
If you search using the word "fastspring" in the Community search facility you should see a list of Knowledgebase articles in the left column of the results that describe what to do where Fastspring is involved in the process. From memory they have included email address links to contact fastspring and discuss what has happened.
