Multi User License Upgrade

Hello,

I have searched and somehow cannot find any information on the subject of upgrading a multi user license to the latest version. I can only find an option to subscribe to multi user. But not multi user perpetual license upgrade.

Are we being "forced" to subscribe only now if we have multi user license that we want to upgrade?

I have a version 12 multi user license. I saw this issue also when 20 came along.. but didn't spend much time searching for this.

Anyone else in the same boat ?

    If you log in to your account, any upgrade options will/should appear in your profile area...

    Hey Jim,

    Yes.. I have looked there.

    And as I mentioned above.. there is only option for Subscription upgrade now.. NOT a PERPETUAL license for multi-user upgrade.

    I also own single perpetual licenses which upgrade fine.. (these have both upgrade paths.. perpetual or subscription).. but not so in the case of Multi-user. I wonder when this has changed.
