Folders do not appear in Mac finder
I create a folder in CO Pro 20 13.1.2.37 (c218277) Although I can move files to the folder and open them. The folders do not appear in finder. The worked perfectly until I updated to the latest version of C O20.
Any I ideas

That's strange. It works for me so it's probably not a generic bug. I assume you're talking about creating a new folder somewhere under the 'System Folders', right?

Is this something to do with Macs and being able to choose whether to display the Full hierarchy of folders?

Please note the difference between a folder and an album. From within Capture One, they may seem similar, but an album is a virtual folder, and only visible in Capture One.
If this is not the case, and you really made a folder, please mention whether you use a session or a catalog and how you made the folder.
A screenshot would also be a great help to help you.

I would like to take up Paul's question and ask in more detail whether you work with a catalog and have created the folder in it? And if so I would assume that you are using a managed catalog instead of a referenced one, which would explain why the new folder exists only in the C1 catalog but not in the MAC file system.
There are two articles that explain the difference:
