Give a possibility to put data in numerical value to the Color Editor & Color Balance

In some situations it is easier to move some settings from place to place putting numerical values of color (R/G/B or H/S/B). Fortunately we can see this values (Color Editor) but we cannot choose color using anything else but color picker. In Color Balance it is even worse because you cannot even check values checked.

    That's a great idea! I wonder why it hasn't already been implemented....

    That would reduce the need for Photoshop, especially when you're having to change a certain colour to a very specific value.
