offline images

Hello,

So a team from Capture one gave me instructions on how to make my images stop appearing offline. Well I followed the instructions and all my images are still offline. Expect for one since I manually found it and fixed it. So, I got a replacement Surface Pro and I re-installed Capture One Express for Fujifilm. I need help in fixing the offline issue.
