Capture One 20 Pro - License not valid !??!

Dear Capure One Support,

Your License Server has some serious issues...

I provide a valid lic key. get the capture one profile loaded. press "activate"

Run Diagnostics, which by the way says: all successfull...

Your License Code is invalid.

But the lic code comes from your very own fastspring order system...

Trying the manual activation. No luck either.

Device Name: YogaPro2

Registration Key: ...

Activation Key: no response, instead saying the device name must only include letters and numbers...

So, what the hell is going wrong here...

Right now, I have no Capture One at all :-(

this is a public user forum, not a C1 technical support. Maybe report the problem to technical support.

Well, to whom it may concern...

If you have already purchased a 21 Version lic key, then you have to use that new one for activation.

Although version 20 is the current one.

Hope that helps.

Hi - I'm in the same boat. BUT the payment has been in limbo for days. So no code until payment is received on their end. Which means no Capture One 20 either. I won't pre-order in the future. What can I do?
