Capture One Export - JPEG, needs be same specs as those from Camera

I have this 10" digital frame.

you can either put jpeg or png files ... and it should render

What works:   straight jpeg files from the camera... 

What don't work:   any exported files in either jpeg or png... and i have tried many different specs

** Digital Frame symptoms, is alternating one good render of jpg follow by a big graphic X

which i am to assume file incompatibility issue detected.

this is consistent... one good, then one bad. message.

 

 

I have tried even with Process Recipe where by it won't have the metadata etc.

is still having same problem

 

However, if i just take the jpegs straight from the camera .. they work fine in the digital frame .. picture rendering perfectly

Is why i figure the problem is with the Metadata... and i have selected Keywords as none.

and tried that .. but still don't work

but when i look at the info of the file i still see : extra information:

Dimension: 1500 x 1000

Color space: RGB

Color profile sRGB IEC61966-2.1

Alpha channel:  No

 

Perhaps even get rid of above information would make it work... i am just suspecting that perhaps

is the issue

 

Where as the jpeg files straight out of the Camera 

only have

do anyone has similar experience and able to find a solution for this?

** perhaps use another software to strip out that info Capture One added information etc?

 

Let me know soonest !    as i am out of ideas

  An suggestion out of left field Alson. Make sure the file extension on the jpeg and png files that don't work in your digital frame is exactly the same as ones that do work straight out of camera. I am assuming your camera uses '.jpeg' as the file extension whereas Capture One uses '.jpg'. I have had a few software programs fail to open certain files and I have found that renaming the non-opening files using the same convention as the opening ones quite often works.

  If this doesn't work it is only a few minutes to try while you wait for a better suggestion. I have had no experience with a digital photo frames so may be way off base.

  Thanks Phil, Just to let you know both are using exact extensions; thanks for the suggestion

  Here is what i try yesterday but still don't work

  I manage to copy exact file structure from the SD card onto the USB.

  Again, i shot with both jpg and raw files.. That worked 100% .. no glitches

  Then I ambiguously add whole bunch of Capture One jpg export to the USB.. and once again it didn't work

  Same described problem, one good one bad of the exported files from Capture One

  Perhaps I now try just adding 2 and monitor what happens with each different Size etc.

   

  So far I have tinker with using  Export Recipe to take out keywords.. just in case that was the problem; nope still don't work

  Today i will try perhaps try all different sizes to perhaps make a match.

  Anybody having same issue and solution, please let me know.
