Where do we get help from if the Beta wont install?

My Beta2 wont allow me to use it as it fails at the sign in screen (No account found- but I do have one!!!).

 

Please can someone tell the Dev team they need to provide a contact point for Beta testers.

    Obviously the people who monitor or moderate this forum dont do it very effectively!

    I still cannot get the license server to work with Beta2. So I cannot test Beta2.

    This really is very poor.

    If you think that it exists.

    Please supply the url to the forum as I have never seen it advertised and it certainly isnt in the Beta Testers notes.  That would be most helpful.

    If you're having trouble downloading the Beta or activating it - then please let us know by submitting a support request. We cannot offer any tech support, though, as it is an unreleased and unsupported version.

    Please also put in the request that you would like to be invited to the Beta forum, providing that you have signed up as a beta tester and have signed the NDA first.

    OK. I will raise a new support request and ask to be added to the Beta Forum user list.  I have been testing for PhaseOne for more than three years but have never had any information about the existence of a Beta Forum.
