capture one express
Good evening.
I have transfered capture one express on my PC (Windows 10), and I have received an email with the Key code.)
When I launch COE on my desk, nothing happens , impossible to enter the Key Code.
Is this situaion normal? Who could help me?

No message, i have the icone on my desk, i Click on it but nothings happens

I have also relaunched the import of COE 2 times after having released the previous files, but always the same problem

This is mostly a User to user forum.
To contact Capture One for official support use the Submit a request link.
If you have an Icon it means that the installation process finished.
Is it possible the Icon link is not correct?
There is only one download. The activation key controls which features are available.
Have you tried navigating to the installation folder and starting the program from there rather than using on the icon?
Can you look into the system using Windows to see iif the system thinks that Capture One us running after you click on the Icon?
This situation is absolutely NOT normal!

Hello, I have the same problem.
I have downloaded and installed Capture One Express. I am on Windows 10 Pro (build 19041) and desktop computer Dell Vostro 3681.
The installation was successful: in the folder
- C:\Programmi\Capture One\Capture One 20\
there are all the files and subfolders, for a total of about 1 GB.
Nothing happens when I start the program. Either from the desktop icon or elsewhere.
What can I do or try?

Hello,
I have fixed the same problem by checking my Firewall, and I have authorized Capture One. Its runs now perfectly. I hope my comment can help you!

Thanks, the cause of the problem is the Firewall for me too. I also authorized
- C:\Programmi\Capture One\Capture One 20\CaptureOne.exe
and the program started regularly.
