Opening EIP files on C1 12 dosn't show adjustments

Hi

 

I have just received some eip files from a photographer. However when I open the files in a new session and import with "Include Exicting Adjustments" clicked on I don't see any adjustment settings applied. I know that they have been applied at the photographers end as he has set some adjusted jpegs through also that dont match the imported session files.

I am running C1 12. please help!

    Which version of C1 is the photographer running?

    I believe it’s version 13.1 which I think is (20) ?

    If that is the case then it may explain the problem you have.

    You could download the trial for Version 20 (13.1.x.x build) and check that it sees the edits in the EIP files.
