problems processing to luminar 4

issue

when I process an image with Luminar 4, I get a problem report, and then it no longer works with Capture one

question 

 

maybe you can fix this with a new update

    I think the answer to the problem is probably contained in the error message.

     

    Try the same thing without the watermark.

    I started the program, without watermark setting, but it still gives this error

    hopefully there will be a fix in the upcoming updates
