Updating IPTC on Import

I am wondering if there is a way to update the image IPTC on import? The only metadata options I see are to change name and copyright info. I am sure I am missing something? Or is the only way to do it to create a preset and apply it?

    Yes, there is a way.  Un-intuitevly it is not the metadata section you need to look at, but the Adjustments section.  You need to create a User Preset of type Metadata.  Once the preset is create you apply that "Style" during import. The style "Marc" in the screen shot is the metadata that I apply to all images.  I said it wasn't intuitive.
