macOS 10.13 for C1 v21?

I understand no details can be revealed about v21, but as I was about to pre-order it I realized I may not be able to run it! For reasons beyond this scope of this post, I will need to stay on 10.13 for a while so if v21 doesn't support it, I won't purchase it. Does anyone know if I am safe in purchasing it?

    I asked them this question too as one of my Macs is still on Mojave. According to Irina from support you can get a refund on 21 as long as you don't activate the software. That is fine with me. It seems like an unnecessarily complicated approach, it seems like they should still just stay focused on updating 20 now that a major OS came out today. I guess it works though. An update to a Mojave Mac that presumably continues to erode the advantage of LR? That seems like a $150 value to me.
