Capture One 20 pro on a Macbook Pro 13' OS 10.13.6

Hello,

Today and still until now I cannot use Capture One 20, each time I try to export a Raw image in Jpeg the software freezes. Then eventually my whole Mac will freezer and stop and start alone!!!
Anyone would know what could be happening and has any advice??

    Hi Alex,

    What is the configuration of your MBP ? And you could try to disable Open CL (hardware acceleration) in the C1 preferences, just to see if it works better.
