Shadows behind people

FirstName LastName

I am trying to remove shadows behind a person.  The shadow is on a wall.  How can I remove the shadow behind her?  Thanks!

    It depends on the image, really. For some images you might manage it with the healing and cloning tools, but for more complicated cases, you would probably need to use a pixel-based editor such as Photoshop or Affinity Photo.

    Yeah, what Ian said.  Adjust the image to your liking in C1, perform rough cloning as you like using C1's clone tool, and then do the fine edits in an application better suited to the task.  I use GIMP, but there are many that'll do the trick.
