Nikon Z6 II

Please add support for the Z6 II, (same sensor as the Z6, should be easy peasy - editing the meta data with A Better Finder Attributes 7 - changing Model to NIKON Z6_2 to just NIKON Z6 allows an editor to open the raw files).
