Could I switch from Capture One Version 20 (Sony) to the full version Capture One Pro 21 pre-order license. With the offer of CHF 163.00 or do I already need a Pro Version for this offer?

    Are you looking at the upgrade options offers through your account when logged in?

    Yes this option is offered, but I am not sure if I can use it as well

    From memory to take advantage of any upgrade you must login to your account, the price for you is listed there, so if the offer is given through your account page then yes you can take it.
