Autocad conflict with Captureone

Hi!! Im an Architect and Im use Autocad v 2021 I just install Captureone 20 and it create a conflict with the Autocad and make it crash I would like to have help about this. I had to uninstall captureone in order to continuo my work. is there any thing I can do to solve this problem?

    Alas, Capture One does not have a support forum, we are ordinary users like yourself. You may have to file a support request to get your problem solved. Try the "Submit a request" link near the top.

    Hi Mauricio Lara !! I have the same problem, I reported to the help center via the "Submit a request" link, but they don't know what I'm talking about and so far can't help. Have you managed to solve this problem?

    I had the same problem, it took me 2 days to resolve. One of the dll files in Captureone has the same name as one in AutoCAD. Something with 'core' in the name. After reinstalling AutoCAD 2021 3 times, I tried uninstalling the trial of Captureone, and the problem was solved. Sadly, I will not be buying Captureone.

    A mi también me pasó lo mismo.

    Cuando trabajaba con Autocad (probé varias versiones y siempre era igual), y de una manera recurrente, el programa se cerraba.  A veces cada dos horas, a veces una vez al día.

    Después de reinstalar windows 10 varias veces seguía dando los mismos errores con Autocad.

    Al final hice una instalación programa a programa, creando puntos de restauración cada vez y empezando con Autocad.

    Cuando instalé Capture One 20 surgió el problema de cerrarse Autocad.

     

    No se la solución, pero tuve que volver a la versión 12 de Capture One. Con ella no pasa.

    Autodesk response:

    "it appears that Capture One does hook into the acad executable process and it crashes in the Nvidia driver DLL"

    My solution: Virtual Machine and Capture One install on it.
