logging on to Capture one 20 on Mac

Why do I have to give my licence key. email address, and password each time that I want to use this software?

    You shouldn't have to. I recall that some others have had this issue, so you might like to search the forum and see whether you can find the answer that way. 

    And I assume that you have installed the app by dragging it to the Applications folder in the usual way...?
