Noise reduction not working?

Hello

 

I am new to Capture One. Just tried noise reduction on a very noisy photo. Moved sliders both ways with no result. What am I missing please.

 

Normally, in LR, I would do the noise reduction by plugging in to Topaz DeNoise.

  The first thing I'd suggest is zooming in to 100% before you change the NR sliders. You should expect to see changes when you do, but you may not see them reflected in the preview.

  Make sure that you have the latest software on your connected iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac. Put both AirPods Pro in your ears and check that Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is turned on. myprepaidcenter login  Sometimes Active Noise Cancellation can be affected if debris or earwax builds up in the area shown below.
