problem importing images from CF card

I have recently begun to experience a problem down loading images from a CF card into C1, 20.

When I insert the card into the reader and click on the “import images”, I see a pop-up screen that contains this error message, “No unique images in folder. Found 0 duplicate images”

Prior to attempting to import the images into C1, looking at the back of the camera, I could see that  there were 27 images on the card.

If I close C1 and then open the EOS Digital, DCIM folder, I see that all 27 of the images are in the 100EOS5D folder as IMG_xxxx.CR2, etc.  If I then select the images and drag them onto the C1 icon, the images are imported into C1, C1 is does its thing and then I am able to work on the images.

I have encountered this problem using two different card readers.

    Stanley,

    Which folder did you select for the import? DCIM or the subfolder?

    If you stopped at DCIM did you have "Include Subfolders" selected?
