Live view controler

Hi,

I have a license for Capture One and I install it on PC. However, there are some differences between the version for Mac and the one for PC. The live view controller doesn't show up as a floating menu and I cannot change the position according to my preference. I search in Window-Create Floating Tool and there are no Live view options to chose from. The image below is how I use to use it on Mac. Can you guide me on how to make it the same on PC?
