Cannot import RAF

Hello, I am newbie in C1. Can you please help me or explain the reason why I cannot import RAF file to the program. So I got recently Fujifilm XS-10. Connect via USB-C my MacBook Pro to the camera and can import only JPEG files but not RAF which is strange. Thank you for the help in advance.

    Have you checked if the X-S10 is supported already? It’s a new model so I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the source of your problem.

    It actually can be a problem. Because I don't see my camera in "Camera Support - Fujifilm". I hope this is the issue and they will fix it, otherwise I have no other explanation. Interesting how long it will take to upgrade the soft.

    Dmytro, they’re usually pretty quick to support new Fujifilm cameras due to their good working relation. Fingers crossed and enjoy the new camera - Fujifilm rocks!
