Perpetual license invalid ???

Went to work on some images today and now it says my perpetual licence code is disabled .???

Now I can't get in to use Capture 1 for who knows how long while I wait for an answer. This is insane !!

    Hi Stephen,

    Did you pre-order Capture One 21 ? If yes, you should know that your license number has changed. It will be used for Capture One 21, but should be used and works with Capture One 20.

    I would suggest you to login to your account and have a look at your orders history and licenses.

    Thanks. I did that and it didn’t work that was about 20 minutes ago. Now I did it and it worked!! No idea why!!
