The most practical thing to do if you wish to process images from both camera manufacturers would be to choose the Full Pro versions that works with all supported manufacturer's cameras.

If, however, you intend to use the free Express versions you would simply need to activate one of them. When needing the other one just de-active the version currently in use and re-activate it as the other version.

The same sort of situation would apply if you wished to use the fully features versions of the Fuji and Nikon activations.

    Hi Philippe,

In case you want to run the product variant which supports both Nikon and Fuji cameras, it is better to use Capture One Pro license.
