capture one pro 20 can't connect to canon 5D mark4

.Mac OS 10.15.7

.Capture One Pro 20

.Canon 5D mark4 without card

.using USB3.0 cable with adapter to USB type-c

    Hi Hiroki,

    Using adapters and extensions may greatly impact signal quality. If an extension is required, then use powered extensions/hubs for amplifying the signal.

    Make sure you use a cable that is less than 3 meters long. Try a new cable and test a different USB port on the computer.

    Make sure that such software as Image Capture, Canon EOS Utility or Nikon Camera Control is NOT running.

    @ lily wow what happened did your management invest in a customer relationship seminar recently ? 

     

    @Hiroki Ota check if c1 is allowed to have  access to external drives in the osx privacy settings sometimes this get lost during installation.
