Problema aún sin resolver

Siguiendo sus instrucciones, intente desinstalar Capture One y volverlo a instalar, pero seguía apareciendo la leyenda "No se puede crear una nueva sesión". Por lo que lo desinstalé completamente. Cómo hago para volverlo a instalar? ¿Espero a la versión 21? Necesito de su ayuda. Gracias.

    If you have already paid for Version 20, you should be able to log in to your account on the Capture One website, and download version 20, then install it.
