Reaktivate the License key

I have Capture One Pro 20.
The software crashed and I could not restart it. I was asked to deactivate the license key and I should get a new one by mail. But this did not happen.

I stopped using Capture One Pro because the license key is no longer valid.

I also bought Capture One Pro 21 today and have the license key for it but the software is not yet available.

What can I do?

  You use your new version 21 license key for version 20 straight away, and it is good for version 21 when it comes too.
