and I just preorder capture one 21

But after that i can open capture one 20

I recive : Please deactivate or quit aplication. if the problems presists please contact support.

What shall t do ?

I have licens nr and been a user for many years

  Now that you have bought version 21, I presume you have a new licence code for version 21. Your old licence code which you had for version 20 immediately gets terminated. You deactivate it, then you activate again with the new licence code. The new code activates version 20 and will activate version 21 also when it is released.
