You can open a viewer window by selecting F10 and have it on another screen.  Tools will remain in the main window though.

If you want your tools on the same screen as the viewer, then the only way I have found to do this is through creation of a floating tool set....

...and then you can drag the floating tool set you have created to the second screen.  This is a bit of a crappy implementation as the viewer and the tools don't snap together, and you don't get the groupings you have in the main UI, so you have to be very deliberate as to the tools you have floating.  It would be much better if C1 actually implemented a good dual screen mode in my opinion.

F10 brings up a separate viewer window but it leaves the original viewer still there taking up space. (?)
Better to go to Menu - Window - Workspace and select Dual Monitor mode.
