upgrade from CO 11 to 20 failed

Hi,

I bought a new computer (Workstation with Windwos 10) and installed first the older CO vers. 11, which run without problems. Now upgraded from CO vers. 11 to CO vers. 20. Since the new installation both versions do not run anymore. Deinstalled both version and installed the new version again. Didn´t help. How can I solve this problem?

Perhaps you need to tell us more. What exactly happens?

Thank Ypu for yor answer. I installed the the exe-file Capture One 20.Win.13.1.3.exe. After the insatllation was finished the program dosen´t launch.
