Browser Bar Not Updating

Hi All,

I'm using Capture One Pro 20 ver. 13.1.3.13. I've noticed that when I take a raw image (CR3) into Photoshop, work with it there and save as PSD, that the PSD file does not show up as part of the session in the browser bar. Even when I restart Capture One 20 (CO20), the PSD file doesn't show up. It is, however on my system and located where the other related images are. How do I force CO20 to refresh some how?
