How to cancel a subscription through FastSpring?

I'm trying to cancel my subscription, following the instructions I get through to the FastSpring page which shows my subscriptioon, click on the "Manage" button, and select Cancel Subscription from the dropdown, and it tells me that the "Subscription cannot be cancelled here"

the website is "captureone.onfastspring.com/account" - should I be somewhere else?

    I would suggest that you Submit a request to C1 using the button at the top of the page.
