Self timer Nikon D3500

The self-timer shooting work doesn't seem to work with Capture 20 & tethered Nikon D3500. I've spent the whole day trying to figure it out with no luck. I am trying to delay a photo by 10s after I press the button to capture the image. Anyone knows how to fix it? :)
