clone stamp tool doesn't work properly in Capture One 20 !!! THIS IS NOT FAIR

After short time using the clone stamp tool the program gets frozen and I loose all the work done. This happens every time I use clone stamp. I have updated to last version, my computer is very new generation iMac with powerful graphic memory. I have been trying to fix this problem for months. 

If the only solution is buying the Capture One 21, that would mean that the company is not playing fair with costumers. 

I now that I am not the only one reporting this problem. Please we need a real solution for what we have paid for.

    It sounds like you need some personal technical support from the Capture One Support Team.
