Error when I try to log in but only on one computer

When I try to log in to make a comment on a post (on a different computer from this one, obviously!) I get the following error message.

{"message":"invalid json response body at https://app-co-myaccountspaclientbff-we-live.azurewebsites.net/api/v1/Sso/GetZendeskSsoUrl?redirectUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.captureone.com%2Fhc%2Fen-us%2Fcommunity%2Ftopics reason: Unexpected end of JSON input"}

It works fine on the (old) MacBook I am using right now, but not on the new MacBook I was trying to use (although I have successfully logged in from it before).

Any ideas? Using the latest version of Safari (not on Big Sur on either machine).
