Internal server error while deactivating!

Hi 

I recently preordered capture one 21..As an existing user I followed the steps to deactivate my 20 version to enter the new serial provided.. I am not able to deactivate at all ..it says internal server error..Unable to deactivate.. I am stuck.. Is anyone else experiencing this?..I checked everything else..My internet is working ..and I dont have any applications which is blocking capture one.. I dont k now how to proceed???

Much help needed if anyone has figured out a solution..
