Capture One 20 won't launch

I've just tried opening capture One 20 and it wouldn't open. I'm using Windows 10, Legion 5Pi, Intel i7 10750H @2.6GHz, 16GB RAM, GTX 1650Ti 4 GB VRAM. I couldn't really find any steps online to proceed. 

Troubleshooting steps so far; 

1. Re-installing it. 

2. Restart the PC

3. Created new user account  - still the same thing

4. Tried running as Admin - did nothing

5. Install redistributable C++ 2015-2019 - still the same thing - even tried to repair it. 

6. I've checked task manager it's not running

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  I may have fixed it. found https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002404937. tried the regedit. it worked.
