Does a subscription include new styles after an intial styles bundle purchase?

I previously purchased the "Capture One Pro 12 - Perpetual License + 6 Style Packs Bundle" and plan on upgrading to Capture One 21.

In doing so, I will choose between the

"Capture One 20 + 21 Pro License + 145 Styles" for $299 US

or the

"Capture One Pro Switch to subscription + 145 Styles" option, which will cost $126 + $149 = $275 US in the first year, and $126 per year, thereafter, (assuming no price increase for the subscription).

My questions are:

(1) What will the options be for adding new Styles in year two and beyond?  Are new and/or upgraded Styles provided as part of the subscription, or will they always be unbundled from the application?

(2) If I select to upgrade to a full license now, will I be able to begin a subscription in subsequent years?
