Why old versions cannot use even I have purchased since verion 7? I still have old digiback using

Dear Sirs,

 I am a keen user using Capture one since ver 7 and I also using capture one pro 20 now,  I still using an Aptus II 10R digiback, you have disabled the tethering function of Aptus since ver 12 . Okay , I use  ver11 but I found my purchased license code cannot work after I re-download capture one ver11 .  I feel that it is unbelivable , I purchased the license but it is useless now.

 You should also consider the Aptus users , the digiback is an expensive device , you cannot stop the tethering function as you like , I feel you should re-gain the support of Aptus digiback tethering again in current version of capture one .

At least, please help to advice how can I tethering my Aptus II again .

  Did you use the Version 20 code to Activate version 11?

  The version 20 activation code replaces your original Version 11 activation code and, so far as I know, should work for you.

  when I use ver 20 license code in  ver 11 and restart , ver11 abend and I send the crash report to C1 a/s
