Permanently deleted user

I'm on the Welcome Page of my installed Capture One software, and I can't log in.

When i type in my email it states below that it's "unable to connect to server".

    My pc desktop has Windows 7, and I can't log into the program, on the Welcome Page..

    I also tried downloading the same software (Capture One Fujifilm Express) onto my laptop, which has Windows 10, and the Capture One website won't even allow me to validate my password.

    So i can't log into my downloaded 'Capture One Fujifilm Express' on my pc desktop (with Windows 7); and i can't even download it onto my laptop (with Windows 10).

    I've tried three different emails of mine, and i've updated my password many times.
