Capture one offers me pre order and to upgrade to Capture One 21, and then will not let me do it

What is going on????

Capture one offers me to pre order and upgrade to Capture One Pro 21 from Capture One Pro 20, and then will not let me do it.

    This is simply because Capture One 21 is not officially released yet. Or is it now ?

    Normally one is being offering pre ordering when a product is not yet released.

    The offer is at a discount and comes from Capture One

    same here. If I try to preorder following the provided link I am asked to enter my license key which I did but then I get “no upgrades available”. So how do I preorder the discounted update?

    You state "Capture one offers me...".  Capture One, the program?  Or Capture One, the company?  If the company was it in an email?  Are you looking at some web promotion?   Without knowing the details that you did not mention "will not let me do it" has no context to know what it means.

    for me it's solved. Perhaps was an issue of trying on my iPad. Tried on my Laptop and the offer for a Pre-Order of the upgrade from V20 was shown on the mentioned link.

    I have not been lucky neither on the MacBook nor on the iMac
