    I have the same issue when I use Firefox on my Macbook, but when I change to Chrome, everything goes fine.

    I have had the same issue on both my MacBook and my iMac in Safari. 

    I got back to having access via Safari preferences.

    Go to the Privacy tab, click Manage Website Data, find Capture One on the list (using the Search facility) then click Remove (not remove all). That clears the cache for the Capture One site, and you should be able to log in again.

    Ian, thank you very much, that fixed it.

    I did that for all three browsers (Firefox, Vivaldi, Safari) and they all allow me to sign in now.
