macbook pro crashed with firewire cable and thunderbolt adaptator

i have macbook pro end 2013 and update from catalina to big sur with last C1
i use tether with firewire800 and it make MPB crashed and reboot everything

Well, Big Sur is not yet officially supported by Capture One. It is worth reporting this to Support though, as it may help with development. Also, I seem to remember reading (somewhere, not here) about some issues with updating older MBPs.

WHEN I load with out the extension i have no crash no rebooting
