Both 20 and 21 now not working

I downloaded 21, it wouldn't recognize an existing session. Didn't respond, had to force quit. Ended up uninstalling 21. Tried to go back to 20. Nope, now 20 won't work either. Tried to reinstall 21. Nope. Now the resource is busy (even though the resource isn't even on the computer anymore). Before I tried this, in 20 I wasn't able to make any adjustments or rate anything. I don't know what's gotten into your system tonight but I'm currently working on a shoot from today in another program entirely.

    I suggest to contact support. Based on the symptoms it is hard to assist for fellow users that roam this forum.
