C21: viewer on 2nd screen does not stay Full Screen

Although it worked perfectly fine in C20, this apparently old bug seems to have reappeared:

When opening C21, the Viewer on the 2nd screen always comes minimized.
I have to re-fullscreen it at every launch.

Not a huge problem, but why ? If it worked, don't touch it !
