Tethering with live view for the Fuji GFX100 should be supported since 12.0.4 according to:

    https://www.captureone.com/en/resources/tech-specs/camera-support-fujifilm

I would contact support about this.

Not working for me in ver. 21, but for some reason I got it to work in ver. 20. For now I have two versions of Capture One on my computer. This problem is quite ridiculous and has been going on for a while with no responses from support here in the forum. Another solution is the Fuji Tether PRO plug in for Lightroom that is currently working.

Never mind. I can no longer get live view to work in ver. 20. I get the same PTP connection is not supported message.

is the setting in the setup menu for the connection mode set correctly to USB TETHER SHOOTING AUTO?

    Brandon,

This is mainly a User to User forum.

For personal support responses use of the "Submit a request" feature in the community pages will get you a reference number and some email communications.

However I would recommend trying a search or two first in most case since many situations have already been noted, discussed and sometimes documented specifically in the FAQ sections, etc.

Maybe not this question which just possibly is related to a camera firmware upgrade iirc (not sure on that as I'm not a Fuji user) but many things that are reported here do have some existing information available somewhere in the knowledge base.

Johannes- Yup, but I've also tried fixed.

SFA- Thanks. It just seems this has a problem for a while and hasn't been answered across several forums on the subject. I'll put in a request now.
